Foreman Pig (also known as the Mechanic) is the chief of construction on Piggy Island, usually ordering his workers to build things at Pig City.

The Foreman Pig is considered one of its two directors in Pig City. He first appears when they were testing the new zip-line system, and he claims it to be flawless. He was commissioned by Leonard to lower the pigs' captured eggs into a boiling cauldron and cook them for lunch at his castle's great hall at the heart of Pig City, using a wired remote.

However, before he could press the button to lower the eggs into the cauldron, Red and Mighty Eagle, the leaders of the Angry Birds' ongoing assault on Pig City, storm into the hall to stop the eggs from being cooked. Red kicks the Foreman Pig through a window to stop him from using the remote.
