Here is a table for how strong, easily destroyed by, and color of the blocks.

The stone, wood and glass blocks are what protect the pigs from being killed. When the birds try they will make a dent or can break a block. Some birds such as the Red Bird and Blue Bird will not do much damage on blocks.However Blue Birds can destroy glass pretty redilly if aimed properly.
