Field Medic
Tranquilizers: Deals 3x30% of Matilda's attack power and has a 10% chance to reduce the charge time of an enemy attack by one. (Alternatively if this seems overpowered, target takes a -10% penalty to attack and defense).
Medkit: All birds are healed by 20% of Matilda's max HP or Attack (whichever works better, but HP is most likely since I recall the Regrowth ability draws from her HP) and harmful status effects are removed. (Sice the Blues can do this with the Tricksters ability Cheer, an alternative for the secondary effect would be all birds have a 50% chance to resist a harmful effect for 1 turn.)
For Bomb, Veteran Captian seems a little bland. How about something like this?
Swashbuckler
Sweeping Blow: Deals 2x40% of Bomb's attack power to target and has a 6% chance to stun
Sea Legs (Horrible name, can't think of a better one): For the next two turns, target bird has a 5% chance to recieve a bonus turn after attacking.
I like your idea for the Blues, but I think that it could be improved a bit. Confusion Shooting sounds fine, but it's applied to all enemies and has a way high chance to stun, so it can be abused with the Bard (equipped with Doom and Demise) and Red's Grand Slam effect with Titan's Grip and Wrath to deal massive damage with the Nightmare effect. Thus, it could be replaced as such:
Confusing Shots: Deals 3x30% of Blue's Attack. Targets are forced to solely target a random bird for 2 turns and suffer -15% to their attack power.
Your second ability Sequence trick doesn't really fit the class theme it would seem, and can be too overpowered when coupled with Matilda's Princess. So I thought this might work better:
Guard Stance: All other Birds recieve 15% less damage and the Blues take the damage instead. However, the blues suffer 10% more damage themselves. (This extra 10% damage would only be applied when an enemy specifically targeted the Blues.)
What do you think?
