I actually did like this episode, and I feel that it gave more purpose to the past ones.

First, I'll name how it connects to the other episodes of Angry Birds Stella.

Basically, New Day didn't have much meaning until the end, where Gale was revealed to be alive. Friends Whenever was basically the re-rising of Gale. Camp Scary revealed the new resting place for the Golden Egg, and It's Mine! was Dahlia's greed for the Golden Egg, possibly implying that Gale may only be under some sort of trance. (Possibly before the first episode of season 1, she already saw the Golden Egg?) So this sort of connected and gave more meaning to the past episodes.

But one thing that puzzles me is the logic of the Golden Egg. It basically means that anything it touches turns... gold? So why didn't Gale turn gold? Does it only make things gold if the plot wants it to?

But we got more Luca screentime, which was overall adorable as always. BUT GALE PUSHED LUCA ASIDE. WHAT THE HECK? HOW DARE SHE?

And Gale now has the golden egg, making her stronger than ever. This could carry on well into the next episode, which I feel that this episode was a introduction of.<ac_metadata title="Boomerang's Reviews - The Golden Queen"> </ac_metadata>
