Rage Chili:
Huge Puff: Bubbles goes into the middle of the pigs' side, inflates, dealing 200% AD to all enemies, and then deflates, going back to where he was.
Chuck: Old Bird Winter
Icy storm:
Deals 40% AD to all enemies, each pig has an 15% chance of being stunned for 1 turn
Ice shield: Target bird takes 35% less damage. If the bird takes 30% of chucks health as damage or the shield gets dispelled by a pig, the shield is removed and the attacker is hit for 150% AD
What you have is OP
When putting side effects in perspective, look at items passive effects.
5% chance of stun
20% chance of dispelling
Increased by 50% if its an set item. Essentially the stun chance should be 1/4th of dispelling
Lightening bird deals 45% AD, 65% chance of removing helpful effects from each pig. 1/4th is 16.25%, rounded to nearest 5% being 15%
You have twice the percentage (30%) and for 2 turns, as well as higher damage
The shield ability already regenerates more than Bard, then you're adding damage reduction and harmful effect cleansing
