Please don't criticize me everyone, I'm just going off based on what I know since I've been back.

    Things you should remember.

    1. Your past does not define who you are as a contributor, and a person. As long as that behavior from the other wiki does not transfer here, I'm fine with it.

    2. While I do agree he should have a little more time to grow and develop, I think we should still give him this chance to learn to adjust and be more responsible. I mean, what's the point of becoming a member if you don't learn from your mistakes? Hello... (remember guys, I became an admin after four months. Four. It took me a long time to figure stuff out and change. Sorry to anyone who knew me back in 2012. )

    3. I would reconsider the way you approach people to chat, I've noticed that. You shouldn't have to demand people right away. Be flexible. Also, declaring you're mature kind of makes you look a little commanding, because a real mature person doesn't declare they are mature out loud, they just know.

I'll add more if I think of anything. This is just my opinion, and I think it stands there for now.

Agreed. Just let him go and we will monitor his progress. Help each other.
