Appearence
He is a strong Steller's sea eagle (Similar To Mighty Eagle) with a light brown body in the format of a shirt, brown head, tail and hands, orangish yellow beak and feet, and black eyes. He wears a Eagle Island' s security hat and a belt with a golden buckle.
Personality
He is a serious eagle, who always keeps on the eagle cannon door as security, he keeps at it most of the time, but sometimes has to go to the bathroom, which he calls Carl to replace him. While he was in the bathroom, The Eagle Costume started to embarrass him, which he left the urinal, but Chuck accidentally injured him in order to get his Key Card.
He then danced with the eagles on the Break Dance battle.
