Appearance
He has grey feathers with light black spots at his body. He has three tail feathers on his back with a yellow beak and a pair of legs.
Personality
Cyrus, the judge's perch, has the worst job on Bird Island. If that isn't bad enough, he also suffers from terrible allergies, so he's constantly sneezing. Despite the daily dose of propping up Peckinpah and his never-ending allergies, Cyrus is extremely happy and carefree.
