Danger Above is the third episode of Angry Birds, containing the sixth, seventh, and eighth themes, 15 levels per theme.

In this chapter the Pigs steal the eggs and fly away on balloons, moving away from the vast plains to jungles, cities, and the sky. The Boomerang Bird is also introduced in this episode, first used in Theme 6-5.

The pigs steal the eggs and fly away.

• Usually at the end of an episode, the King Pig is brutally beaten and looks at the birds and the player and oinks while blinking with its left eye. However, at the end of Danger Above, the King Pig does it with his right eye, due to the fact that the birds have hung him upside-down.
• The pig in the screen title is changed into a mustache pig in some screens.
• This is the only chapter that has the pigs shown above, rather than the right during the opening cutscenes.
• This is also the only chapter in which the yellow bird has a "!?" symbol on its head, rather than a "#" symbol when he looks at the pigs above in the beginning of Danger Above.
• This is also one of the two chapters featuring the balloons. The other is The Big Setup.
• You can notice that there are two pig balloons. One pink and one green. These balloons are also in Angry Birds Rio Carnival Upheaval.
• It is made in Angry Birds (Google Chrome) on December 25, 2011. Here you unlock it by beating the last level on Season's Greedings.
• In the updated cutscene, the Blue Bird doesn't appear.
