The white bird in Angry Birds Rio and Angry Birds (Chrome).

White Birds (also known as Egg Beater, Egg Bomber or Egg Bird) are a species of birds seen in Angry Birds, Angry Birds Seasons, and Angry Birds Rio. They have the power to drop egg bombs on Pigs. Despite being one of the largest of the birds, White Birds are weak in physical strength, although the egg bombs they deploy have decent power, though suffer from a short blast radius and are therefore commonly overestimated in their effect on the structure. Once the egg is dropped, the corpse then flies up and explodes to the right. Additional damage can be done to the fortresses if the egg is dropped in such a way that it launches the corpse into the structure. The White Birds' physical appearance seems to be based on an egg shape. The white bird is based upon the Snow Bunting. In the regular Angry Birds, the White Bird has a nervous expression. However, in Angry Birds Rio and Angry Birds (Google Chrome), it has a mad face.

Trivia

• White Birds are the only birds to have two different corpses.
• White Birds are also the only birds to have projectiles, if the Blue Bird's multiple beings aren't counted.
• The White Bird's gender is unknown. If it's Male, it'd be suggesting that he is in fact dropping fake eggs. This is further evidenced by the fact that these eggs are being dropped whilst trying to recover the real eggs, and (obviously!) by the fact that the eggs explode. It could also be Female, due to its high voice, and Males have no place to "store" eggs, whether they be real or fake.

  This Proves That The White Bird Is A Chicken

• There is a glitch where the white bird will swell up even after firing the egg bomb. It's put into effect by launching another bird. Sometimes this happens right when the other bird is launched from the slingshot, and sometimes it is when that other bird makes contact with the ground.
• In Angry Birds Rio, the White Bird's entire sprite sheet changed.
• For some reason, if you drop the egg exactly where a corpse of another bird or a non-corpse bird sitting on a slingshot is located, the egg will bounce off of it and blast the ground.
• For some reason, in the Summer Pignic promo video, when the Boomerang Bird knocks the slingshot over to a certain angle, you see a White Bird fall to the plain in the background, and he explodes, just like the Black Bird, instead of dropping the egg, and flying farther, although, he could have dropped the egg at the same time he landed.
• In the Original Angry Birds the White Bird doesn't have an angry face. But he does in Angry Birds Rio and Chrome.
• The White Bird, as well as the Boomerang Bird are the only Plush Toys with beaks you can open.
• While the others birds are angry (hence the title), White looks more scared and nervous about being tossed by a slingshot, possible because the egg will blow up when it touches something.
