He has updates for you in the level you're playing. When you tap or click on him when happy, he feels sad and a rain cloud appears above him. When you tap or click on him when sad, he feels happy. When he is sad, the updates disappear. When he is happy, they reappear. There is a plush toy of the Postman Pig. He did not appear in the version 2.0.0 & version 2.0.1 of Angry Birds, but he returned in version 2.1.0. He is (possibly) the only pig who isn't in the actual game.
Trivia
- The Postman Pig is the only pig that has nothing to do with the eggs being stolen.
- It is the same size as the Medium Pig.
- It's featured in a video from Rovio telling you to join the golden egg hunt for easter eggs, and the postman pig gives you a hint on finding a Golden Egg in level 6.
- He appears in Angry Birds Friends when you pause the game. Strangely, he doesn't have a sun when he's happy, and no cloud when he's sad. Postman Pig sweats when he's sad.
- He andHelmet Pig are the only Pigs that don't display ears.
